Seasoned Nhyira FM Sports Journalist, Richard Osei Oware has resigned from the station, phamousghana.com can report.
Osei Oware, who has been a regular analyst and host on Nhyira FM’s Power Sports, took to his Facebook page to announce his resignation.
“I have tendered in my resignation letter to the management of Multimedia Group Limited and to my colleagues at Nhyira FM especially Kankam Boadu and the Crew effective 30th of April 2019. It was a painstaking decision upon some deep thoughts but I can never do this without informing all of you because you all have been an inspiration to me all these years in over my 20 years in radio.
I thank the management of Multimedia and my working colleagues especially Bright Kankam Boadu for we have come a long way for the past 12 years. I don’t know when I shall be back to the radio but should a day come for me to be back I shall announce it. Those of you wishing that I return I am sorry for the turn of events and if in the course the work I offended anyone, do find a place in your heart to forgive but we shall still remain as one family.
Hala to my fellow MADRIDISTAS. You won’t hear me for now but I am connected always.
Yes my radio journey has ended but not my relationship with you all. I shall miss everyone but let’s take good care of ourselves for we shall come each other way one day. I love you all”. he wrote
Osei Ware before resigning from Nhyira FM had worked with the station for the past 5 years. He has also worked with Fox Fm, Kessben FM, and Angel FM all based in Kumasi with a career spanning 20 years.
