Fashion Enthusiast and Founder of Quinsera Confidence Campaign, Harriet Ann Adjabeng popularly known as Akuvi Adjabs on 5th September 2019 launched her book “DADIA BƐ” at the Tema International School.
Authored by Akuvi Adjabs, the 50-page book highlights petty self-esteem issues children face while growing up and how they can use their creative potentials to manage the situation.
DADIA BƐ shines a light on the vivid portrayal of life and how children live their lives in impoverished communities. The book is a memoir of the writer’s three friends childhood years and confidence crushing moments children can relate to.
The book is meant to inspire both the older and younger children to rise above their confidence crushing moments.
The launch was attended by Students from Tema International School and was graced by some prominent personalities. Some students and Richmond Seyram Wogba read snippets from different chapters in the book, as she was celebrated by many students and personalities who came out to support her.
Akuvi Adjabs is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Public Relations(Option) at the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
